Thank you for joining me for the latter half of my second podcast season! We’ll be focusing on finding peace in Christ, which I believe is the result of finding rest in Christ that we explored last spring.
Finding Peace in Christ and Pursuing It
My first guest is author Debbie Patrick, a ministry friend that I’ve met in real-life! When we had a chance to talk over plates of burgers and fries this past summer, Debbie shared with me the journey the Lord is bringing her through as she’s experienced a “too much” season. In this episode, we discussed:
- The details of her “too much” season
- Debbie’s realization of her need to pray for peace and receive it
- Not allowing previous anxiety into today (when the anxiety inducing event has passed)
- Ways to find moments of beauty and joy in the midst of hard days
- Debbie leaves us with a few truthful treasures with regards to pursuing peace
