Welcome to the first season of the Refuge Podcast with Jennifer Elwood!

It was a blast opening the gift of generosity with my husband Tom Elwood! After talking about our holiday staycation tradition, and wishing my son Mitchell a happy birthday, we move into how God opened generosity in his life. He shared a valuable lesson of giving from early adulthood as well as the benefits—and possible harm—that we should pray through when considering giving. 

About the Guest: Tom Elwood

Tom Elwood is married to Jennifer with 4 children, one step-son, and two grandchildren. He gave up his successful Oil Can Henry businesses for semi-retirement in 2015. Since then, he’s helped many people keep cars running past their prime and spent many summers working on his 1978 Ozark tri-hull. When he’s not tinkering with electronic toys, he enjoys helping his daughter Holly with the family restaurant, Taste and See Deli Bakery.
